André Fiuza has 25 years of experience working as an executive and 10 years as consultant.
A dual citizen (Portuguese/Brazilian) Driven. Focused. Results orientated professional, highly versatile and with an extensive career across complex business environments, organizations, and processes (IT, Financial, Engineering, Procurement, Project/Contract Management). The combination of strong judgement, creativity, and knowledge of technologies helped him lead projects and efforts of cross-functional teams in domestic/international multicultural organizations.
He has directed teams of engineers, developers, accountants, buyers, logistics supervisors, cost controllers and project managers focused in optimizing strategies, processes, and technologies, generating higher competitiveness and value, improving quality information for the decision making, dealing with budgets from USD 100K to USD 700 MM, at national/multinational companies in the segments of Engineering, Construction, Industrial Maintenance and Consultancy.
Mr. André Fiuza is a Mechanical Engineer, has a EUR ENG title, member of Brazilian and Portuguese Engineering Society, and Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 AGILE), PPP Framework (CP3P-F), Strategy Implementation (SIP) and IT (ITIL and PSM I). He is
fluent in Portuguese (native) and English. He also member of PMI and AACE, where he is the actual Brazil Section Vice-President.
