Motivation

My unique strengths and experiences are based upon recognizing that our business realm is experiencing significant paradigm shifts. We are in the 4th Industrial Revolution and 3rd wave of the digital age. What has made us successful over the last decade will not be what positions us for success in the future. This means we need to understand and be able to identify and manage change and transformation in a strategic fashion (and avoid chaos), we need to deliver value (not just measure success by on time, within budget and according to specifications), and stakeholder engagement and level setting expectations are critical factors.

With the proliferation of GEN AI, we are effectively positioning a future state of replacement of people by computer generated assistance (or robots). This is a massive transformation that we need to get ahead of the curve to ensure that we are enabling and not replacing the human element in all transactions. I would like to be at the forefront of defining, advising, and managing the people and teams who are determining this future state.

Companies worked for
