I would like to express my interest in joining Projects & Co’s clear mission: to help organizations master transformation in a world increasingly powered by projects, in today’s rapidly changing business landscape. My extensive experience in IT/Telecoms and a strong commitment to contribute effectively to support your mission would help drive positive digital change.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of consumer requirements and needs, working extensively in various customer facing roles. I place value on thinking collectively about strategic objectives by working collaboratively with all stakeholders involved in order to address specific needs. It is in brainstorming various thoughts and opinions, that we found the best solutions, fit for purpose. My strong communication skills, honed through project management related tasks in addition to my work with TOP (Totally Optimized Projects), enable me to effectively articulate complex ideas and contribute meaningfully to high-level discussions and assignments. Our TOP mission is to leave a legacy of tools for clear thinking and for solving complex problems. I serve as part of the core team, helping develop and build a digital ecosystem linking clients, partners, evangelists and other community members.

I am also adept at leveraging collective expertise and perspectives to inform strategic initiatives and drive organizational success. The benefits of working with diverse teams has been considered an important factor for high performance organizations. In the current digital age, thriving with innovation and disruption, a key asset is to promote diversity of working teams. This can be of many forms: diversity of people, ideas, opinions, objections or thoughts. A group of people who are able to find their unique way of working, embracing diversity would more likely function as a team and it is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, not finance, strategy or technology. Furthermore, I possess a proven track record of successful collaboration working within committees, notably as a volunteer member of the Project Management Institute Global (PMI), PMI UK Mentorship Program and Subject Matter Expert for various PMI Exam Development Workshops facilitating dialogue among stakeholders leading to the development of consensus-driven group review and independent writing sessions.
