Short Biography
Having worked in large scale change and transformation for the passt 15 years I have a well developed skill in getting organisation to actually implement sustainable change. I pride myself on my stakeholder management skills and will work with and through people first, before talking of processes and systems - systems are regardless the last thing that will influence any change in an organisation.
Motivation
My last role has been as a contractor and I like working this way, rather than assinging myself to just one organisation, as it keeps me on my toes and my own learning high while I get to give the organisations the best of my knowledge, skills and expertise!
