Short Biography
I was born, brought-up, got engineering degree in Computer Science, in India, started career as Cisco certified IP engineer, picked by Motorola for New Product Introduction team for Asia pacific, 6 years later Fukushima incident (along with Motorola bought by NSN) influenced my career path, joined Ericsson, 11 years later family decided to relocate to Belgium. Wife is with Market Research world leader, she heads 3 accounts in Belgium, 3 MNCs headquartered in Belgium; Daughter is well settled in a Francophone school.
I have worked in 15+ countries, have travelled 25+ countries. Could do few certifications like PMP, CISM and executive MBA in Management of Information Systems during my 21 years of work.
Motivation
To let my daughter strengthen her base, her circle, her own world, we have decided to be stationed now, I can travel for work but we will stay in Belgium. To fulfill this commitment, but same time, very eager to leverage my cumulative global experience of technology, management and experience of meeting people, places visited, I understand consulting is where I would like to spend my next 10-15 years.
Probing, Listening, finding gaps, setting objectives, drawing path to meet objectives, learning and coaching during the path, measuring and correcting course, and upon reaching there - finding new challenge, that's keep me motivated.
