Global experience in successful business change, transition, transformation and sustainment across industries in both public and private sector. Focussed on enhancing customer experience and driving optimization so that operating and capital costs are controlled.
I care about my outcomes and have recently been involved with Social Value, ESG, Sustainability projects that contribute to carbon reduction.
Motivation
I would like to offer my services as I have witnessed too many transformation programmes derailed by ignorance of business culture, national aspects and change resistance at the executive level. To mitigate such drawbacks the mapping of change impacts is fundamental, plus, the setting out of a cohesive benefits realisation plan !!!
