Short Biography

I am a multilingual leader (English/Spanish/French) who began my career in sales and marketing for consumer-packaged goods after completing my MBA in Finance. My subsequent roles in marketing and sales within the non-profit sector led me to project management. Over the past decade, I've made significant contributions to the success of leading IT companies such as HP and BMC Software, where I've specialized in guiding Project Management Offices (PMOs) to achieve strategic goals and elevate their maturity levels.

Leveraging my extensive background in business administration, marketing, and project management across various sectors, I develop customized processes aligned with organizational objectives and implement the necessary tools for success. By integrating technology and business acumen, I establish insightful KPIs and metrics, presenting them through on-demand dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed on project status, consistently delivering value over time.
