I am the founder and principal of Strategy Matrix LLC, a consultancy focused on enabling organizations to streamline project execution and innovation through Change Agility and integrated project portfolio management. With over 20 years of experience, including leadership roles at Nestlé Waters and BlueTriton, I have extensive expertise in leading CapEx engineering programs, accelerating innovation, and developing PMO capabilities within the consumer goods sector. My focus is on creating sustainable transformation frameworks that drive growth, operational efficiency, and resilience in highly competitive industries.
Motivation
