Short Biography
A result-oriented Business Process Improvement expert with 20 years’ experience that cuts across Banking, Consumer Goods Manufacturing, Telecommunications and Infrastructure sectors.
I have successfully led and delivered high priority business transformation projects and cost optimization initiatives; leveraging my skills and in depth knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Process Automation, Six Sigma, Lean Framework, Business Analysis, Change management and Project Management. I have helped organizations to achieve increased efficiency, significant cost savings, employee productivity, improved customer experience and to embed a process centric and continuous improvement culture.
I am Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and I hold a M.Sc. degree in Information Systems from the University of Leicester, UK.
