Leader of complex and sustainable top-down change processes with 30 years of experience in transformation, program, project and change management in 14 industries on 5 continents from foresight and market research, over strategy, go-to-market, marketing and sales to operations and IT. Founder and leader of 9 companies, practices and functions.
Motivation
I am working as Chief Transformation Officer, Enterprise PMO and Transformation Program Manager to internalize and anchor change master starting at the top of organizations. I have a framework to establish an ambidextrous organization using project management and agile.
